I have titled this piece Patterns. Each sound is played in a specific pattern which ultimately makes up the whole piece. In this piece you will hear the sound of a dead bolt, a guitar riff, tongue clicking, a sink and water running, a cannister, mouse clicks, a gong, a lighter, markers moving across paper, and a bouncing sound. Each sound has been uniquely organized to create this composition, and each follows its own specific patterns. I edited some of the sounds and placed effects on them to make them a little less than average, and overall, I think it comes together very nicely. I think for not using any real music, this is a fun way to make music with everyday objects. Its ~abstract~ music, and I thought it was a very fun project idea. I think that John Cage was really onto something with his 4.33 piece and water wheel.
